Charles S. Lapinski, Vice President for Strategic Planning and Analysis

Charles Lapinski lives in Colesville, Maryland, with his wife and is employed in Virginia as a contract and budget analyst at MCRI.

He is a past president of the Montgomery County Civic Federation, 1994-1996, and a member of several County and State advisory committees. Lapinski was elected Treasurer of MTA in the fall of 1999 and re-elected again in 2000 and 2001. In September 2002, he was elected Vice President, Finance, of MTA.
